Hello! We are excited to announce a major change for SingShot.com and the SingShot community. We are super-pleased to let you know that SingShot is now: The Sims™ on Stage!
The new URL for the site is http://www.simsonstage.ea.com.
We are now part of EA, so please check out our new Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Rest assured that all of the existing SingShot features are still available, and all of your account details, recordings, favorites, etc. remain safe and intact and may be found in the same My Studio area that you have come to know and love. NOTE: the first time you log in to the new site, you will be asked to activate your account by confirming your email address.
Plus, we are delighted to inform you that we are soon adding many new Karaoke songs for you to record!
Aside from the name and URL change and the new Karaoke content, we are re-launching the site today with a great new look and some incredibly fun new features that will give you even more ways to express your creativity and showcase your talent. Here are some of the new activities awaiting you:
- Poetry, comedy and stories – you can now create your own written works and microphone/webcam recordings in these new categories. Every category has its own charts that make it easy to find fun and entertaining poetry, comedy and stories to watch and listen to.
- Movie “Mashups” – quickly and easily create music videos and movies by “mashing up” your own creations and performances with a huge library of movie clips & still images from The Sims games.
- Create-a-Sim – create a customizable “avatar,” or character, that you can use as your Profile photo that appears across the site.
